It has been 30 days since Karen and I started this insane journey to get healthy and we choice to do Shaun T #INSANITY to help us get there. This truly has been one of the hardest work outs I have ever done; however what they say on the commercial is true, "You will see insane result."
Today we start a whole new set of 4 disc where the work outs are harder and longer, but the breaks are still the same.
